Why Coconut


Coconut water is simply the naturally occurring liquid from the inside of a coconut. Coconut water has shown to accelerate rehydration given it's high concentration of the electrolyte potassium. Electrolytes are critical to maintain blood volume, heart health, as well as to accelerating re-hydration


Why Rooibos?

Rooibos is made using leaves from a shrub called Aspalathus linearis. Naturally caffeine free to ensure hydration, Rooibos is high in Vitamin C and rich in minerals. Rooibos is also loaded with polyphenols which are organic compounds often praised for being powerful antioxidants.


Why Ginger?
